Booth: Will you wait outside?
Brennan: Well your hand might be broken. Want me to look at it?
Booth: No it’s alright. Will you wait outside? It’s the mens’ locker room Bones.

Awww Booth’s hand is wrapped up in a cast.

Bleh Agent Perrotta or whatever.

Brennan: I won’t work the case without Agent Booth.
And Brennan for sure didn’t like Perrotta. Ha ha. Mentioning that anything short of a doctorate was useless for her. Ha ha.

Agent Perrotta: So where did you go after the game?
Booth talked about Bones taking him to the hospital.
Agent Perrotta said no alibi that night.
Booth: Bones and I are just partners.
Big pause. Booth just HAD to tell her that. Ooooooo

Definetly don’t like Agent Perrotta right now.

And when Booth was asked about his father, he KNEW it was Sweets. LOVED that.

And Perrotta trying to flirt? Ugh. Worthless.

LOVED how when at the house, Booth and Brennan were more doing their own thing instead of Agent Perrotta. She was taking photos, but Brennan was showing the uniform and asking Booth about it.

Yeah, Perrotta is … trash. “I favor backseats myself” … whatever.

LOVED how when Booth and Brennan and Bleh Perrotta first went out on the rink, and Booth was loosing his balance.
And Brennan was going to search the ice with her one wand but Booth had the idea to turn on the black light disco lights. Awwwwwwww

And Perrotta trying to ask Brennan about Booth. Asking if he’s flirty, if he twinkles his eyes at every woman. And Brennan’s answer … LOVE her … she’s so … so Brennan.

And Booth collecting the BLOOD for Brennan and handing it to her, and the way they shared a look. So perfect!

Oh goodness. And the guy knocking Booth out, knocking his helmet off. And Booth dreaming of Luc the big hockey player.
Luc: You’re not your father. You protect the ones you care about on the ice and off the ice. That’s who you are. <something like that>
Brennan: Booth!
Booth: Bones, What are you doing on the ice?
Brennan: Well I get nervous when you fall down and don’t get up.

Booth has a concussion and shouldn’t fall asleep!
And everything above the shoulders hurt.
Booth: Lucky for me you’re never going to find out because Bones is going to drive me home and get me soup.
Awwwwwwww

Agent Perrotta: My people were right?
Everyone: Your people? We’re Booth’s people!

Booth at his apartment. Figured it out. Brennan walked in.
Brennan: I’m back.
She’s carrying soup.
He’s muttering about what brings them together.
Brennan: I got the soup from the place. And yes I told ‘mamma’ it was for you, especially.
She takes her coat off and sits beside him on the couch as he figures it out.

I just LOVE how she’s his ‘partner’ in this episode, despite Perrotta. Brennan is clearly his true understanding and partner.

Ice Rink end … Brennan nervously skating.
Brennan: I’m not positive this is a good idea.
She slides down.
Booth: Oh oh, I got you. I got you. Stay up, here. It’s alright, here we go. One more. Well, you know I got to stay up all night so who better to keep me company than you.
He helps her up. They begin skating, he’s HOLDING HER HAND.
Brennan: You and me skating is saving you from slipping into a coma.
Booth: Easy Bones now I’m gonna go down.
Brennan: I have a lot of natural athletic ability.
Booth: Oh yeah, Natural. Yeah I can see that. Real smooth and natural.
Brennan: That Agent Perrotta she really enjoyed working with us.
Booth: Yeah.
Brennan: But uh you’re the only FBI agent I would work with.
Booth’s SMILE.
Brennan: Will you tell me what the Lucky Luchiono told you?
Booth: He’s not an Italian opera singer. Bones, why do you always say that – you do that on purpose don’t you?
Brennan: I would like to know what he said.
Booth: He said I’m not like my old man. He said I’m made of better stuff.
Brennan links arms with Booth.
Brennan: Well I don’t know your old man, your father, but I think you’re made a very very good stuff.
THE LOOKS
Booth: Hey you know what? Forget about Agent Perrotta. Nothing’s going to change between me and you.
He kinda gets behind her pushing her on the ice, his hands kinda at her waist.
Brennan: Well entropy is a natural force that pulls everything apart at a subatomic level. Everything changes.
Booth: Not everything, Bones.
He’s got her flying on the ice.
Brennan: You’re going to make me fall!
Booth: I’m never going to make you fall. I’m always here.
Brennan: This is kinda fun actually.
Booth: Here comes the big spin!
