LMAT at Brennan running the opossum off! And Booth being “ranger rick” and being told to go get it! And Booth and Brennan arguing over “Opossum” versus “possum” LMAO!

Too funny that Booth thought the white Pomeranian was a cat, and called him Fido. And Brennan being all “may I hold your dog why you cry?” and “he’s so compact” … I think she was fascinated with the little Pom! And the dog barked at Booth when he got close to him!

And LOVED how Booth was all protective of Bones when Hodgins had “tone” over the phone toward his Brennan? LOVED it!

Booth talks about Parker having nightmare about singing frog, Brennan mentioned she has dreams about bananas and it just is about bananas.
Then she mentioned how she pretended to die after having found the body.
Booth: But otherwise you were fine.
Brennan: Yeah.
Booth: Do you dream about bananas a lot?
Brennan: Why? Can we get out of the car now?
Bananas! Yeah.

Booth: Okay people. What we’re looking for is evidence of a dog-fighting operation. Mr. Millan, thank you so much for coming.
Cesar: Hope I can help.
Brennan: I've seen you on TV
Cesar: Thank you
Brennan: I only stated a fact. There's nothing inherently complimentary about being in television.
Booth: She's happy you're here. So am I


Cesar silences the dogs after he shows Booth and Brennan all the critters.
Brennan: How does he do that?
Booth: He’s a dog whisperer. <mimics Cesar with the ssht and the motions>
Brennan: It didn’t do anything!

Booth is upset that Brennan has the dog, Ripley, on her lap.
Brennan: (to Booth) He reminds me of you
Booth: Of me?
Brennan: He's got warm and reassuring brown eyes and he’s capable of great violence.
Booth: Oh great. Thanks a million.

Brennan shows up at Booth’s office. Case talk.
Booth sees something in her purse/bag.
Booth: So what have you go there?
Brennan: I’ve decided to adopt Ripley. <talks about the dog’s goodness>
Booth: Bones!
She shows him his little doggie tag that says Ripley Brennan.
Booth: He was put down
Brennan: What?
Booth: I’m sorry, he killed someone and they had to put him down
Brennan argues …
Booth: I know I’m sorry
Brennan: You can tell he’s a good nature dog. They put him down?
Booth: Yeah
Brennan: Dammit
Booth: Bones – I’m sorry
Brennan: What are they going to do with his remains?
Cut to scene in a forest and Booth re-covering a grave with a shovel.
Brennan: Hey Booth can I do that?
Booth: You sure?
Brennan: Yeah – you dug it.
Takes shovel and continues covering the dog’s grave.
Brennan: So did Sweets help you with Parker?
Booth: Yea – I told Parker it’s best just to walk away sometimes
They argue about sometimes vs all the time. Booth says he told Parker to “Stand up and fight if it’s for someone else” and Brennan pauses ..
Brennan: You’re a very good father
Booth: So do you want to say something?
Brennan <Speaking to Booth> Well I feel that this dog Ripley paid a price that was unfair …
They argue about how she’s talking to him, she needs to talk to the universe.
Booth: God spelled backward is dog
Brennan: Well Ripely is dead plus he’s a dog with limited vocabulary skills
Booth: Bones just speak from your heart
Brennan: On behalf of human kind universe I’d like to apolg for what happen to ripley he was born a cute little puppy –
Booth: That’s good
Brennan speaks more.
Brennan: Ripley was a good dog
Booth Nods
Brennan: He didn’t want to fight but he did it to please his master <she gets teary, talks more> Dogs are like that. People should take a lesson.
Puts the Ripley tag on top the grave.
Brennan: Is that enough?
Booth: Yeah, as much as any good dog could hope for. Even with limited vocabulary skills
She cries a bit, and he offers her his shoulder and she leans on him and he hugs her.
